~Hierarchy of power: Most powerful to weakest~
We use this hierarchy because its for more fair battles and to reduce God-Modding on the site and on event matches
No killing each other unless given consent from the owner of that character,if this rule is ever broken,we will delete that entire fight completely.
New non-cannon characters start off as Academy Student Unless I,or your village leader/kage say otherwise
When applying for a character, please make a new thread. Also, please pick a cannon character before making your own. It would be greatly appreciated.
You may have 8 characters, only 3 of which can be cannon, and a max of 5 custom. If another person requests a cannon character and someone else holds 3 canons, they will be asked to give them up,unless we deem them more worthy of playing the character.
Minimum posting amount towards an RP is 1 paragraph, 4 FULL sentences.

All canon characters are to be played in character and not to be changed in anyway unless given consent of Owner/Head-Admin,which is myself.
If there is any Rule that is broken, it will result in a warning.
After a certain amount of warnings, A banning will be put into place.
For those who didnt know. A cannon Character is a character from the anime or manga

AHEM,this is to all newbies of this board,any and all custom characters MUST start as an Acad-Student or Genin.
this can only be changed if that person has permission to be a higher rank,only if that permission comes from the kage of the village they wish to join,and there MUST be proof,because I will find out if you have proof or not.
Kage/Sannin/Akatsuki Stand-In Leader/Akatsuki Leader/ S-Class(both Criminal and Village Member)
